This is how the prices are composed: The first four voice prompts cost a fixed amount. This means that whether you order 1 or 4 voice prompts with the same voice, the price is the same.The same applies if you order 5 or 6 voice prompts; then the price is the same. After 6th prompts, you pay per. prompt you order.

When you have received your voice overs or your Music on Hold for your PBX, you can use it as long as you want. But you may only use it in the company that bought it and only for one PBX (unless you bought rights for more PBXes).
Waiting music and voice overs may only be used on the company's phone equipment. All other use (web, powerpoint etc.) is not allowed.
If you later need to use voice overs or waiting music on more centrals, you can buy the voice over. Write to us for more information.
Pronunciation and "difficult words"
If there is a special pronunciation in the script such as a company names, brand names or names it's important you submit a guide to the correct pronunciation 15 mins after ordering. If we don't receive a pronunciation guide, we can't take responsibility for wrong pronunciation in the final production. You can do it in 2 ways:
1. Record the correct pronunciation on your smartphone and send it on email at info@speakonline.co.uk
2. Call our pronunciation service on our phone (+45) 69 14 24 10 and tell us the correct pronunciation.
With missing audio guide to correct pronunciation a new recording will cost 75% of the full purchase price.
Style for voice overs
When ordering your voice over it's a good idea to tell us the style you want the voice over in, i.e happy, serious, neutral etc. Write it in the field "comments" on the order.
Delivery time
On week days you can expect to receive the voice over within 24-48 hours after your order. If it's urgent for a fee we can make it quicker. Write it in the field "comments" on the order.
Approval of voice overs.
When you get the ordered sound files it's your job to check for errors within 48 hours (two week days) after delivery. If there is an error in the voice over according to the script it can be fixed on us. If there is an error in the script or you just have some changes it'll be 75% of the purchase price to change. If mistakes can't be shown within 48 horus of receiving, the order will be seen as completed and approved, and any changes will have to be in a new order.
Can I switch voice actor in the middle of the project?
The answer is no. Of course you can switch voice but not free of charge. The actual voice actor has been in the studio and used time and energy voice overing, that's paid. Therefore it's important you listen carefully to the demo's on our website, before picking a voice for your project. If you'd like the voice actor can make a demo from your script.
Can I cancel my order when it's started?
Yes, you can but no free of charge. If you cancel in the middle of the project you can usually get discount on the prices, but that depends from time to time.
